Go to Admin- Configuration- General Settings-Email

Configure outgoing mail servers

3. Security and Authentication

  1. Interval Number should be 1
  2. Interval Units should be Minutes

Click Save

Go to Sales Tab-Customers

1. Dropdown Search Bar Filter

2. Choose Person in Filter

3. Save Current Filter- Write Customer Persons

4. Then Again Choose Companies

5. Save Current Filter- Write Customer Companies

Go to Sales Tab-Customers

Go back to Marketing Tab

Campaigns:

  1. 1. Create
  • Add Name
  • Mode (Change to Normal)
  • Resources: ei Partner

Click Save.

2. To add Activities follow the next steps below

Go back to Marketing Tab

Go to Segments

Create or Edit

  1. Add NAME
  2. Dropdown to add Campaign  from list
  3. Choose Synchronization Mode
  4. Filter (From the Filter you created in Customer)
  5. Click Save
  6. Click Run

REPEAT STEPS FOR ADDITIONAL SEGMENTS

Go to Segments

Go Back to the Campaign you created to add activities

  1. Add Name
  2. Tick the Box Start
  3. Add Email Template from the dropdown list
Go Back to the Campaign you created to add activities

Save & Close or Save & New.

Save and Run

Go Back to Segments

Edit then Click Synchronize Manually

Go Back to Segments

Go to Campaign Follow Up and you can see the list of your Campaign
